Step-by-step, the TimeLine process yields better results. TimeLine is confident that we can find the right Physician for you.

Step 1: Search Activation

The first step toward finding the right Physician is the submission of an Authorized Agreement. Upon receiving an executed agreement, your opportunity is immediately exposed to a wealth of effective sourcing mechanisms.

Step 2: Pre-Opportunity Evaluation

Through a convenient telephone conference with your facility administrators, a TimeLine Search Consultant will begin to gather information on your opportunity so we are able to better serve you during the on-site Opportunity Profile.

Step 3: Opportunity Profile

Our Search Consultants will visit your community to gain first-hand knowledge of your opportunity. The information gathered will ensure effective third-party selling based on a clear understanding of your practice set-up, compensation package, candidate qualifications, and the amenities in your area.

Step 4: Post-Opportunity Profile

Since TimeLine knows that details are what make the difference, your designated Search Consultant will recap, in writing, the information gathered during the Opportunity Profile. This information will be presented to you to ensure an accurate representation of your opportunity, and will outline all expectations for clarity and understanding between both parties.

Step 5: Creative National Sourcing

With first-hand knowledge of your opportunity and taking advantage of objective third-party selling, your designated Search Consultant will implement a national strategy to attract qualified Physicians that meet your specific criteria.

Step 6: Candidate Preparation

No Physician candidate is ever formally presented to a client until they are thoroughly screened and qualified. This careful preparation eliminates candidates that are not a good match for your opportunity, and will save you time, money, and effort on costly site visits for candidates who do not fit your criteria.

Our detailed screening process goes well beyond information gathered in a Physician’s CV. Your Search Consultant will extensively interview the Physician to learn about the candidate’s goals, motivation, education, practice history, current practice situation, family needs, interests, affiliations, and many other important factors that make up the personal and professional profile of the Physician candidate.

Step 7: Cover Letter

Your Search Consultant will provide you detailed information about all Physician candidates and their families in a cover letter. This cover letter will allow you to determine the candidates who are not a good fit for your opportunity, allowing you to maximize time with those candidates who are a good fit. This saves your facility time and money, focusing only on truly motivated candidates.

Step 8: Candidate Site Visit

When you express interest in a Candidate, your Search Consultant will then orchestrate travel and help you plan an itinerary for his or her site visit. Your Search Consultant will make recommendations on how you can better maximize your time with the candidate and his or her family.

Step 9: The Match

Following the site visit, if you feel the candidate is a good match for your opportunity, your Search Consultant will then act as a liaison to negotiate the Physician Agreement.

Step 10: Relocation

TimeLine works with several highly recognized national moving companies and will gladly assist with relocating the candidate, his or her family, and belongings safely to your community.

Step 11: Candidate Guarantee

In addition to guaranteeing Physician placement and providing a secure investment for your facility, TimeLine also guarantees the quality of the match created between you and the Physician candidate. TimeLine’s detailed process will streamline your recruitment efforts and have a dramatic impact on increasing your Physician retention rate.
