A contingent recruiting firm is only compensated once they fill a search or place a healthcare professional. This firm’s main motivation is to place a candidate as quickly as possible to ensure they are compensated accordingly.
TimeLine, instead, operates as a retained firm. Our search consultants aren’t compensated based on whether a candidate accepts a position with us. Our sole purpose is to find a good fit for both you and our client, taking as much time as needed to properly place our candidates.
We also personally visit each opportunity that we accept. This allows us to fully understand our clients and remain confident that each opportunity we accept is viable.
