Step 1: Initial Consultation

Our Search Consultants screen and qualify every interested candidate by gathering information that allows us to better understand exactly what you are looking for. Our goal is to learn about your practice history, education, family needs, and interests so that we can find the best opportunity for you and your family.

Step 2: Finding the Best Fit Opportunity for You

Our Search Consultants visit each facility that we represent in order to gain first-hand knowledge of the opportunity. We only present the opportunities that best fit your needs, as expressed during your initial consultation.

Step 3: Organizing the Details

Once you are interested in one of our opportunities, your Search Consultant will take the information gathered during the initial consultation and develop a cover letter for you. This cover letter is more detailed than a CV and includes information that will allow the phone conversation between you and our client, later in the process, to be efficient and productive.

Step 4: The Site Visit

Once the client and the candidate have a conversation and there is interest expressed by both parties, your Search Consultant will assist with setting up the interview, including travel arrangements, if applicable. We will make sure everything is in place for a successful interview. Your focus should be on the interview, not the travel details.

Step 5: After the Visit

After the interview takes place, your Search Consultant will follow up with a phone call to see how the events of the interview turned out. We want to know if your expectations about the opportunity and the community were met. This is also our chance to answer any questions that you may have. Your Search Consultant is fully prepared and trained to discuss the terms of the contract as well as the entire offer. We will also communicate with our client, on your behalf, to move forward with any negotiations taking place.

Step 6: Communication

During this stage, we allow the candidate and our client to take a little time to communicate with each other. It is important to have effective, constant communication so both parties get the most of what will hopefully be a long, productive relationship.

Step 7: The Match

After a commitment has been made, TimeLine remains dedicated to providing any assistance that we can. Even though our professional obligation may have ended, it’s important that we continue to ensure a quality match between you and our client.
